We currently ship across Europe.

Our products are shipped from our wharehouse in Portugal.

Shipping costs:
- Portugal: €4.99
- Europe: €9.99
Free shipping on orders over €50

Processing time:
Orders in stock are prepared within 1–3 business days

Delivery time:
- Portugal: 1–4 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Packaging

All Okakto kits are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We use safe and sustainable packaging, designed to protect the product during transport while keeping it friendly for the environment. Please reuse or recycle all materials.

Returns

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Okakto.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- All items must be returned in the original packaging

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:
- The kit has been used or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified by email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs aren't refundable.
